Prototype Cake Stands come fully assembled (the Stand and Plate have been fused together). Prototype products are essentially my "Test Prints" and may be available in a variety of colours not usually available.
Prototype Cake Stands are listed at a lower price point (than regular Cake Stand stock) because they come permanently assembled and may have minor aesthetic flaws, particularly on the underside of the plate and stand.
